She recently finished her stint in quarantine after returning to the UK from New York.

And Dame Joan Collins looked overjoyed to be out and about when she left The Ivy Chelsea Garden with Piers Morgan and her husband Percy Gibson on Sunday.

Joan looked glamorous in the post dinner snap as she sported a slick of glossy fuchsia lipstick and accessorised with a pair of large gold earrings.

The star stepped out in a timeless black trench coat and a pair of bedazzled stilettos as she sweetly held Percy’s hand while they left their dinner date.

Meanwhile, Piers cut a casual figure in a V-neck sweater that he layered over an untucked shirt as he joined the couple for the outing.

The flushed former Good Morning Britain presenter kept things Covid safe in a black face mask and came prepared for rain as he toted a large umbrella.

'The Joy of (rule of) Six': Piers also shared a snap from their evening to Instagram, showing the couples all beaming with happiness as they laughed in the image (L-R: Gabriela and David Peacock, Joan, Piers and his wife Celia and Percy)

The dinner comes after Joan recently celebrated finishing her days in quarantine after returning to London from New York.

Taking to Instagram, the actress told her followers on Sunday: ‘Finally out of quarantine so celebrating with my brother…

A double celebration, Joan added:  ‘Congratulations to my wonderful brother on his birthday xxx’

In the sweet video, the star could be seen hugging her brother Bill as he blew out the candles on his cake for his 75th birthday.

Acutely aware of coronavirus’ effect on her life and industry, Joan recently spoke out about the difference the pandemic has made to award ceremonies.

Speaking on Lorraine last month, she said of the 2021 Academy Awards: ‘I thought it was incredibly different and quite rightly, not nearly as much fun as it had been.

‘It was very serious tonight, it didn’t look like anybody was having much fun, except the winners.’

'It didn't look fun': Joan said that the Oscars appeared to be 'very serious' and that only the winners seemed to be having any 'fun' while appearing on Lorraine at the end of last month

Despite the changes impacting on how ‘fun’ the event seemed, Joan said she was very pleased to hear British stars Sir Anthony Hopkins and Emerald Fennell had won.

Speaking about Anthony, 83, winning Leading Actor for his role in The Father, Joan told Lorraine: ‘I was longing for Tony because I’ve known him for a long time. I thought his performance was spectacular.’

She also praised family friend Emerald, saying: ‘And I was utterly thrilled by Emerald Fennell, I’ve known her since she was a little girl…

‘Her parents are really good friends of mine. She was great, she made a great speech. To get Best Screenplay when you’re only 35, that’s pretty amazing.’
