She has been training hard as she prepares to compete on the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars: All Stars.

And former Home and Away star Bec Hewitt showed off the fruits of her labour on this week.

The mother-of-three, 37, flaunted her incredible six-pack abs in a white crop top as she headed to rehearsals with her dance partner, Craig Monley.

Abs-solutely incredible! Bec Hewitt shows off her six-pack abs in a white crop top as she heads to Dancing With The Stars rehearsals with her hunky dance partner… as her husband Lleyton looks downcast at the airport with their daughter

She teamed the revealing top with a pair of black tracksuits pants and matching trainers.

The 37-year-old also slipped on her favourite black and white varsity jacket and wore a wide smile across her face as she chatted away to hunky Craig.

Bec protectively held Craig back from crossing the road as the pair left the former soap star’s Sydney hotel and headed to the dance studio.

Meanwhile, Bec’s husband Llyeton was on his way to support his wife in Sydney on Thursday and and was spotted at the airport.

The tennis champion looked somewhat downcast as she made his way through the terminal with the couple’s daughter Ava.

The entire cast for Dancing with the Stars: All Stars was announced on Tuesday.

In addition to Bec, the contestants are: Renee Bargh, Lincoln Lewis, Ada Nicodemou, Matty Johnson, Luke Jacobz, Kyly Clarke, Tom Williams, Jamie Durie, Manu Feildel, Erin McNaught, Schapelle Corby, Jessica Gomes and Fifi Box.

French chef Manu, 47, let the cat out of the bag on earlier this month when he was spotted leaving a rehearsal session at a Sydney dance studio.

Meanwhile, TV legend Daryl Somers, who hosted the first seven seasons of the light-entertainment program, is returning for the new series.

Bec won the first season of Dancing with the Stars in 2004 with professional dancer Michael Miziner, who went on to marry model Rachael Finch.

After moving from its previous home on Channel 10, the new season on Seven will bring back past winners and ‘wildcards’ for a two-week television event.
