Chef Ben Ungermann controversially made chicken feet ice cream, setting off a storm on social media.

Ben demonstrated just why he is nicknamed the ‘Ice Cream King’ and used the peculiar item to make chicken fat caramel to serve alongside his frozen dessert.

Ben served the dish beautifully by spreading the chicken fat caramel and adding ice cream, biscuit and cherries on top – before pouring some extra caramel on the side for good measure.
