1. Poke Bowls

Over the past few years poke bowls have grown in popularity and are the best menu option to order, the experts say.

Poke bowls give customers have the option to choose a healthy carbohydrate base (such as rice noodles or mixed cabbage) and type of protein.

When building your bowl, opt for brown rice, glass noodles or mixed leaves with tuna or chicken and a light sauce for a healthy lunch meal.

The healthiest Mexican meal options include burrito bowls with grilled chicken and extra salad or soft shell tacos with grilled with a salad toppings.

Although other dishes, such as nachos with guacamole or enchiladas with sour cream, are delicious food options, both aren’t the healthiest.

Compared to greasy fish and chips or pizza, the dietitians said Thai meals are a healthier option.

When ordering from the mobile app, opt for fresh papaya salads, stir-fried vegetables, grilled fish and satay skewers.
