Dwyane Wade rocks a new bright red hairdo as his daughter Zaya debuts her new pink locks

Multiple celebrities have complained about their advancing gray roots as they quarantine at home without access to salons.

Dwyane Wade doesn’t seem to have been bothered by the arrangement, as he debuted a new bright red hairdo in recent days on Instagram.

The 38-year-old former NBA star revealed Saturday that his daughter Zaya, 12, had also gotten in on the action by dying her short tresses pink.

Like father, like daughter: Dwayne Wade, 38, revealed his newly dyed red hair on social media in recent days, before show off his daughter Zaya’s pink dye job Saturday on TikTok

Dwyane previously showed off a bleached blonde look in a TikTok video, before covering the camera with his hand and pulling it away to reveal pink hair after a jump cut.

Since then, he seems to have darkened his hair with a second dye job.

On Thursday, he posted a closeup of himself to Instagram with a hint of the pink hair popping out from underneath his cap.

He was joined by someone else with similar pink hair whose face was cut off by the frame, though it was later revealed to be his daughter Zaya.

‘Dennis Jr was good!!’ wrote his son Zaire, 16, in the comments, seemingly referencing Dennis Rodman’s constantly changing hair.

The Miami Heat star tagged the hairstylist Larry Sims in the photo, though it wasn’t clear if he dyed Dwyane’s hair in person, or if he merely advised him on how to best do it, as many celebrity hairstylists have been doing with their clients as they continue to social distance amid coronavirus lockdowns.

‘@zayawade and @dwyanewade snapped,’ wrote Dwyane’s wife Gabrielle Union, 47, in the comments.

In February, Gabrielle helped Zaya come out as transgender in a series of tweets.

‘Meet Zaya. She’s compassionate, loving, whip smart and we are so proud of her,’ she wrote, along with a video of Zaya chatting with her dad on a golf cart about the importance of being ‘true to yourself.’

In addition to Zaya, Dwyane has two sons, Zaire and Xavier, six, as well as a daughter Kaavia James, 18 months, whom he shares with Gabrielle.

In another photo from Saturday, Dwyane beamed as he sat on the corner of his balcony while sipping a rosé wine from his own wine label, Wade Cellars.

When they think they know you— Switch it up!‘ he captioned the photo, along with the hashtags ‘#Free’ and ‘#RedHairDontCare.’

He also seemed proud after another NBA legend had a positive reaction to his newly dyed hair.

He posted a photo of himself next to a vintage photo of Dennis Rodman with a similar shade of hair Sunday on Instagram.

‘Nice. Hair. Brother,’ Rodman wrote in a comment that Dwyane took a screenshot of.
