Eiza Gonzalez stands with protestors at a Black Lives Matter rally in West Hollywood

She has been joining her fellow Angelenos to protest systemic racism and police violence in recent days.

Eiza González made her voice heard again when she joined a Black Lives Matter protest in West Hollywood on Tuesday.

In addition to the standard Black Lives Matter slogan, the 30-year-old actress carried a handwritten cardboard sign on which she wrote, ‘Minority Lives Matter,’ ‘Migrant Lives Matter’ and ‘Queer Lives Matter’ on the back.

Sharing her values: Eiza Gonzalez, 30, made her voice heard Tuesday at a Black Lives Matter protest in West Hollywood

Eiza was dressed casually for the protest in a low-cut pale green T-shirt, which she wore tucked into her tight black ripped jeans.

She added black combat boots to her ensemble and wore a black baseball cap over her long brunette locks.

The 5ft8in Hobbs & Shaw actress had a black Adidas hip bag slung over her shoulders, and she covered her face with a black cloth mask with ‘I Can’t Breathe’ written on the front.

The phrase represented the last words of Eric Garner, a black man in New York City who was killed in 2014 by a police officer using an illegal chokehold.

Eiza was joined by some friends at the protest, and at one point she sat on the curb to chat with another protester during a slow moment.

In addition to attending the protest, the Mexican-born actress donated some of her time and helped make sandwiches for unhoused veterans.

She posted a short video to her Insta Stories of herself making sandwiches, along with a glance toward the lunch bags, which numbered more than 100.

The Alita: Battle Angel actress reposted a photo from another volunteer showing one of the veterans who received the meals alongside a row of tents.

In addition to sandwiches, granola bars, juice boxes and water bottles, the bags also included two masks to help slow the spread of the novel coronavirus, which unhoused people are particularly susceptible to.

She urged her 5.8 million Instagram followers to make their voices heard via the political process with another post listing the dates of elections and presidential primaries throughout June, including upcoming contests in New York, Kentucky and Virgina on June 23 and elections in Colorado, Utah and Oklahoma on June 30.

Eiza has been in lockdown solo since coronavirus shutdowns began in March.

She was last romantically linked to Australian actor, Luke Bracey.

The pair were last seen packing on the PDA during a steamy vacation in Tulum, Mexico, last December.

Her most recent film, the Vin Diesel–starring superhero action–thriller Bloodshot, was released just days before many cities and states instituted shelter-at-home orders, so it was released shortly afterward for digital rental.

The Mexican beauty is next set to appear in upcoming big ticket movies Cut Throat City and Godzilla Vs. Kong.
