Elizabeth Sobinoff still can’t believe she went on Married At First Sight

Married At First Sight star Elizabeth Sobinoff reveals she still ‘wakes up in the middle of the night’ and can’t believe she went on reality TV

She’s about to feature on the upcoming Married At First Sight reunion special.

And on Friday, Elizabeth Sobinoff revealed her feelings about having appeared on reality TV ‘not once, but twice and an added reunion’.

In a post to Instagram Stories, the 29-year-old said she sometimes wakes up in the ‘middle of the night’ and can’t believe she’s been on national television.

Setting the record straight: On Friday, Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff revealed her feelings about having appeared on reality TV ‘not once, but twice and an added reunion’

‘When you wake up in the middle of the night and go… “F***, did I really go on reality TV?!”‘ she wrote.

‘A regular occurrence. The s**t I do. But without fail I open up my Insta and go, “No, I actually did. S**t.”‘

Elizabeth explained that appearing on MAFS had its benefits and drawbacks.

‘Not knocking it. I’ve met some pretty cool people, one person in particular who changed my world. I think you know who that person is,’ she wrote, seemingly referring to her ex-boyfriend Seb Guilhaus, whom she is still on good terms with.

‘I’ve met some intense people. Some down right narcissistic idiots. I have had some beautiful messages. Some really s**t stories written about me,’ she added.

‘Sometimes open my DMs and they can be nasty as hell. Had people spread gossip that is far from the truth.

‘Most people are beautiful. I’m so lucky to have encountered some vibrant personalities. Yes I did go on reality TV. Not once, but twice and an added reunion.’
