Elle Fanning, 22, and boyfriend Max Minghella, 34, mask up as they pick up their pooch from dog training
Elle Fanning and her boyfriend Max Minghella were spotted out on a sunny Tuesday as they picked up their dog in Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old Maleficent actress and the 34-year-old Social Network actor stopped by a dog training facility in Sherman Oaks where the pooch was staying.
Both observed Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations and a recent Los Angeles city order to wear masks when visiting essential businesses.

Elle was dressed casually for their day out in a white tank top over a burgundy sports bra, as well as black Calvin Klein shorts and colorful floral Gucci slides.
Her long blonde locks fluttered in the breeze, and she had on what appeared to be a surgical mask, though the CDC recommends only wearing cloth masks in order to save medical grade PPE for frontline healthcare workers.
Max looked as if he’d just rolled out of bed with his tousled black hair and gray suede slippers.
He had on a gray T-shirt and black sweatpants with an illustrated black cloth mask.

Safety first: Max put on gloves while chatting with an employee before taking the dog home, and both wore masks in accordance with CDC guidelines
The couple must have been looking for a pick-me-up, because Max bought multiple coffees while they were out to get their dog.
The Handmaid’s Tale actor donned a pair of gloves once they got the dog from a trainer outside the facility.
He and Elle have been fairly quiet while quarantining together amid the coronavirus pandemic, though she still managed to have a well-stocked 22nd birthday.
She wasn’t able to celebrate directly with her friends, but multiple friends made her elaborate cakes, including one from her mother with a Strawberry Shortcake figure on top featuring a pink mask
Her older sister also sent her sweet birthday wishes.
‘Thank you for putting up with me when I’m annoying, for always going downstairs to grab me something when I should go grab it myself and for being the best sister anyone could ask for,’ wrote the 26-year-old Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actress.

Elle and her boyfriend Max have been dating since working together on the set of the musical drama Teen Spirit, which she starred in and he wrote and directed.
The ambitious couple both have high-profile projects that were completed prior to Hollywood’s coronavirus shutdown.
The Beguiled actress recently advertised her upcoming series The Great, about Catherine the Great, which she stars in opposite Nicholas Hoult.

The show’s poster featured a cheeky photo of Elle as Catherine flashing her middle finger.
The full series will be available to stream on Hulu starting May 15.
Max will be trying something much darker when he stars with Samuel L. Jackson and Chris Rock in the upcoming Saw series sequel Spiral, which was based on a story by the comic legend.
