Elsa dressed casually for the flight in burnt orange pants and a pink wool shirt.

She teamed her ensemble with a pair of comfortable sneakers and accessorised with several gold bracelets.

Elsa carried a colourful backpack and also held a black duffle bag in her hand as she walked through the airport.

The Spanish-born actress has previously been commuting from Sydney to Byron Bay via a private jet with husband Chris Hemsworth while they both worked on projects in the Harbour City.

The couple moved to Bryon Bay with their children, daughter India Rose, eight, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan, seven, in 2014.

They live in the suburb of Broken Head, a 20-minute drive from central Byron, in a mega-mansion estimated to be worth $30million.

They spent years renovating their home, which sits on 4.2 hectares of land, with the help of Sydney-based MCK Architects – but the development faced some resistance from locals, who compared it to a multi-storey car park or shopping centre.
