Elvis Presley’s Honeymoon Hideaway in Palm Springs hits the market AGAIN for $2.5M

Elvis Presley’s dreamy Honeymoon Hideaway is back on the market again after multiple price drops since the home was first listed for sale in 2014.

The Palm Springs retreat — where Elvis and Prisicilla celebrated their newlywed status — is back on the market for $2.5million, according to property records.

Nestled in the Coachella Valley, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home known as the House of Tomorrow is an architectural gem of Mid-century heritage.

The 5,000-square-foot home was given its name due to its distinct appearance with four circular ‘pod’ wings.

Designed by architect William Krisel and constructed by the Alexander Construction Company between 1957 and 1962, the futuristic home includes a floating staircase and stone walls with a fireplace hanging from the ceiling.  

The modernist home, which was restored in the ’90s, comes complete with all furnishings and art, including portraits of Elvis and a jukebox. 

A tennis court lot adjacent to the property is also up for sale for an additional $1.18 million, according to the listing from Scott Histed at Bennion Deville Homes. 

The home was first listed for sale in 2014 for $9.5million with no luck selling, and made its way back onto the real estate market one year later for $6.93M. 

In 2016, the home was taken off the market and re-listed in 2017 for $5.9million, only to see a similar pattern for years before landing at its current asking price. 

Elvis reportedly leased the home for a year in 1966 and paid a cool $21,000, according to TMZ.

After reports revealed Elvis and Priscilla planned to marry at the home, they secretly made their way to Las Vegas instead and obtained a marriage license on May 1, 1967. 

Elvis was 32 at the time, Priscilla Anne Beaulieu was 21.
