She’s going into the new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with investigators watching every episode closely due to embezzlement allegations leveled against her estranged husband Thomas Girardi.
But Erika Jayne was clearly focused on looking like her best self on Monday, when she appeared at the 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED awards event in Los Angeles, California.
The reality star, 49, scintillated in a bright blue marble-patterned latex dress and matching coat.

Erika showed off her cleavage in her Nlod Blue Latex Mini Dress, which featured a daring and plunging neckline.
Her toned legs were on full display in the short dress, and she also sported electric blue pointed toe heels along with a couple of gold anklets.
Jayne’s long matching coat fell to her ankles and featured padded shoulders and shiny lapels.

The RHOBH star accessorized her glamorous outfit with several gold and silver necklaces including two with large cross pendants that fell between her breasts.
Erika also wore chunky gold rings and hoop earrings, and her makeup consisted of thick lashes, a rosy blush and a pink lipstick.
Her waist length platinum blonde waves cascaded over her shoulders as she smiled and posed. Her manicure was pointy and white.

The appearance comes as it was announced that legal professionals are going to be carefully scrutinizing the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, after Erika’s finances became a focal point in the embezzlement case against her estranged husband.
Thomas Girardi – who Erika split from in November – is in debt to ‘hundreds of clients’ and ex-workers amid claims his law firm owes at least $26 million in settlement money.
The 81-year-old attorney, who is in a court-ordered conservatorship and under the legal guardianship of his brother, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and says he has no money.

And as of this week, two of the trustees in the lawsuit have hired Beverly Hills attorney Ronald Richards to investigate Erika’s finances, amid accusations that Thomas has been hiding some of his assets from creditors by transferring them to his TV star wife.
‘We will be transcribing every word. The show does not provide immunity to its talent,’ Richards tweeted about the upcoming Bravo series which premieres Wednesday.
Erika, also a pop singer, is known for her love of luxury, glam squads and traveling on private jets to exotic places, much of it funded by her husband whom she married in 2000.
Investigators have been dispatched to go through Erika’s belongings and accounts to see what money and property she has, the LA Times reports.
The Bravo star has reportedly filed an objection to stop the investigation and claims Richards is biased.
She also feels that hiring Richards is a conflict of interest because he’s currently representing plaintiffs in another case against her spouse.
