Eva Longoria reveals the secret to sculpting her toned abs while working out aboard a yacht in Miami

Eva Longoria proved there was always time for fitness while working out aboard a yacht on Wednesday.

The actress/producer kicked things into high gear while on the high seas, seen doing cardio on a trampoline off the coast of a Miami beach.

Eva, 46, stunned as she showed off her flat abs in a belly-baring crop-top during her on-deck exercise session. 

While her taut tummy was on full display via her tiny top, snug leggings highlighted her toned derriere and legs. 

She pulled her hair back into a ponytail and brushed her bangs out of her face with a headband, clearly ready to sweat.

The Desperate Housewives star popped in her AirPods and got her heart rate going, strengthening her legs and core as she jumped up and down on the trampoline.

Amping up the action, Eva wore weighted gloves and she threw punches into the air.

Eva has been hunkered down with her husband José Bastón, 52, and their son Santago since lockdown began last year.

But that hasn’t stopped her from enjoying the Florida sun. 

Yesterday the Texas-born beauty showed off her curves while rocking a chic white swimsuit on Instagram. 

Longoria looked phenomenal in the one-piece with low sides and a high neck which showed off her sideboob and lithe legs.

Last month, she wrote an essay for Harper’s Bazaar UK commemorating International Women’s Day and offering some advice. 

‘[L]adies of the world, whether you are Latina, Black, Asian or otherwise, persevere. You have to keep going – for yourself, and for our communities. These disparities and inequalities will remain unless we are the change we want to see,’ she wrote.

After the coronavirus pandemic subsides Eva will be sitting in the director’s chair on the set of Flamin’ Hot, a biopic of Cheetos inventor Richard Montanez.
