She recently took part in a 21-day challenge in which she stuck to a strict exercise and healthy eating routine. 

And Ferne McCann showcased the fruits of her labour in form-fitting pink gym gear as she posed up a storm on Instagram on Wednesday.

The former TOWIE star, 29, looked incredible as she flaunted her peachy posterior and washboard abs in a crop top and matching leggings on her nutrition page.

Oozing confidence in the snaps, Ferne flashed a huge smile as she captured herself in her floor length mirror.

In one image, the mum-of-one showed off her pert behind in her form-fitting leggings as she angled herself in the mirror.

While the other snap saw Ferne sitting on the floor as she posed for the picture, while a hot beverage sat nearby.

The star swept her caramel tresses into a high ponytail, while she ditched her make-up for the workout.

Captioning the image, Ferne told her fans how wearing the colour pink ‘lifts’ her mood.

She wrote: ‘All pink everything. Feeling very #savedbythebell in this get up. Pink defo lifts my mood though!’ 

Ferne’s post comes days after she she slipped into a navy blue lingerie set for sizzling snaps on Saturday. 

The First Time Mum star set pulses racing as she posed up a storm in three racy bed selfies, shared with her 2.6 million followers. 

The satin trim bra amplified her perky assets, while the matching thong perfectly fitted her svelte frame. 

Ferne wore her cropped blonde tresses in loose waves and flashed a radiant smile for the racy pics. 

The TV personality added the caption: ‘There is only one you and that is your power’.

Last month, Ferne unveiled the results of her three week fitness challenge by sharing comparative before and after snaps alongside each other.  

The mum-of-one assured fans she used ‘no editing and no filters’ to enhance her gym honed physique.
