Christina, 37, still plans to remain in the Newport Beach area but has also splashed out on a second home, purchasing a farmhouse situated on 23 acres in Tennessee.
She told People she wants to be able to spend time in the rural location with her three children away from the spotlight.
She shares son Hudson, 20 months, with Anstead, and shares daughter Taylor, 10, and son Brayden, five, with El-Moussa whom she divorced in 2018.
