Former Big Brother star Skye Wheatley has fight with Lachlan Waugh over a window amid renovations

Former Big Brother star Skye Wheatley and her partner Lachlan Waugh have shared another update on the ‘epic’ renovations on their Gold Coast mansion estate. 

The 26-year-old uploaded a series of behind the scenes clips of the transformation of their bathroom on her YouTube channel on Tuesday. 

But it appears that things didn’t go exactly to plan, as the couple were shown having an argument over a bathroom window, which was ‘off center.’ 

In the clip, Skye is shown looking at the gap where the window will go and expresses her disapproval of it’s placement. 

‘I think we need a different plan for when we are doing the next room,’ she said. 

Lachlan immediately got defensive saying: ‘Why because when you open your mouth and make a decision  and then you go back on your decision.’ 

In another clip Skye is then shown calling a friend for advice and mentions that the window is ‘off center.’ 

Lachlan lets off an exasperated sigh before snapping back: ‘Its off center because you wanted it off center.’ 

Skye argued back, snapping: ‘I just said make the window bigger but we didn’t confirm anything.’ 

‘We did confirm it honey,’ Lachlan hit back. 

Of course, many couples who have renovated a home would likely be able to relate to Skye and Lachlan’s bickering. 

Despite the argument all is well with the couple and they are continuing on with their extensive renovations. 

The couple bought the derelict estate – which they dubbed the ‘Waugh Mansion’ – for $975,000 back in August, and have made plenty of progress restoring the impressive Spanish Colonial-style home.
