On Friday, Sam vowed to dethrone the fitness model as the ‘Instagram booty queen’.
The 27-year-old said he was going to become the ‘king of booty’.

‘We need to squash this beef!’ he wrote on Instagram, before tagging Tammy directly in the post.
‘I’m sorry… not sorry but you have held the ‘Insta booty queen’ title for too long!’
He continued: ‘I now have the blueprint and all the secrets to your derriere!! I’ve been training my whole life for this. I’m more than ready, I was born ready.

‘You are the Instagram queen of booty and I want a shot at the title.’
The former reality star then vowed to become the ‘king of booty’ by the time the COVID-19 pandemic was over.
Sam posted an impressive photo to Instagram on Wednesday, where he flaunted his toned derriere.

‘Why be moody when you can shake yo booty?’ he captioned the post, besides a ripe, juicy peach emoji.
The tradie posed with his back to the camera to better display his prominent posterior in a figure-hugging black jeans.
Sam also flaunted his bulging biceps by pumping one arm up by his face, while his other hand rested gently at his waist.

Looking back over his shoulder, Sam grinned cheekily at the camera.

But since leaving the show, Sam says he has completely turned his life around and is focused on improving his physique and staying positive.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Sam revealed he was on a mission to beat the ‘isolation blues’ by getting into the best shape of his life.
‘I’m training two times a day. I have bought lots, so now I have my own gym set up at home, and other days I improvise outdoors,’ he said.
