Heavily pregnant Morgan Gruell shows off her baby bump as she awaits the birth of her second child

Lisa Curry and Grant Kenny’s daughter Morgan Gruell is due to give birth to her second child any day now.

And on Friday, the heavily pregnant dancer showed off her baby bump as she stepped out with a friend in Maroochydore, on the Sunshine Coast.

Morgan looked relaxed as she enjoyed a morning stroll, wearing a white sheer singlet that hugged her burgeoning belly.

The dancer kept cool in her singlet, which she teamed with black and white printed linen shorts and black thongs.

She wore her light locks in a braid and covered her face with a chic pair of sunglasses.

Morgan and her husband, Ryan Gruell, are already parents to two-year-old son Flynn.

Morgan’s sister Jaimi Kenny died on September 14 at Sunshine Coast University Hospital, after a long battle with alcoholism and an eating disorder. She was 33.

Earlier this month, mother Lisa Curry gave a warning to other parents and revealed some of the ‘red flags’ she noticed in her daughter’s behaviour prior to her death.

In posts shared to the ‘Happy Hormones’ Facebook group, the sporting great explained that Jaimi had struggled with her health for years after being diagnosed with a ‘chemical imbalance’ aged 15.

‘Sometimes, an individual, even adults like us, can disregard little red flags, thinking it doesn’t matter or won’t matter,’ Lisa wrote.

‘I know people want to know why and how [Jaimi died], but it’s not important at this time, or maybe ever, I don’t know.’

‘What I will say though is that Jeff diagnosed her with a chemical imbalance 18 years ago when we started to see some tiny red flags,’ she added, referring to Jeff Butterworth, a naturopath who specialises in hormonal disorders.

She begged other parents in the Facebook group not to ignore the warning signs like she had with Jaimi.

These ‘red flags’ included making bad food choices, being inactive, handling stressful situations poorly and spending time with ‘toxic people’.

‘Don’t wait until it’s too late to make changes… do it now while you can… starting right now,’ she wrote. ‘Recognise the little red flags. Don’t live your life in turmoil, regret or guilt.’

Jaimi was laid to rest on September 19 at a 100-person funeral on the Sunshine Coast, which was attended by her parents, her brother Jett, and her sister, Morgan.

Days after Jaimi’s death, Lisa confessed that she didn’t know ‘what to do’ with herself while carrying so much grief.

She wrote on Instagram: ‘I don’t know what to do…’ alongside emojis depicting a sad face, a broken heart and an angel.
