PhD scholar and health coach Kristina Abramoff is still in the running to capture Australian Survivor star Locklan ‘Locky’ Gilbert’s heart on The Bachelor.
And from a scan over her Instagram page, it’s clear the 24-year-old is a knockout.
In just the space of three years, the brunette beauty has transformed her slim curves into an incredibly ripped physique thanks to a dedicated gym regimen.

Photos taken this year and shared to Instagram see Kristina revealing her six-pack abs and defined arms in either gym attire or bikinis.
She also appears to be in favour of a natural beauty look, no doubt suiting her healthy lifestyle.
Kristina offers workout and diet plans on her official website KAFIT, and is also an ambassador for booty bands and other fitness aids.

Rewind to three years ago, and Kristina showed off a still slim and enviably fit figure, just without her new trademark six-pack abs.
At the time, she also appeared to be in favour of a more vampy makeup look, drawing attention to her bold brows and striking eyes.
Meanwhile, Kristina is not the only Bachelor 2020 hopeful to have gone a transformation.

But her walk on the lighter side only lasted a year, as she reverted to her natural colour in March 2019.

But the 25-year-old teacher hasn’t always had blonde ambition, previously opting for a more natural and pared-back look.

While she has not yet revealed whether she’s a fan of cosmetic enhancements such as Botox, she has confessed to straightening and whitening her teeth.
