Hugh Jackman seen with Deborra-Lee Furness on dog walk with face masks after fun Ryan Reynolds jab

Hugh Jackman seen with Deborra-Lee Furness on dog walk with face masks during lockdown… after taking another fun jab at Ryan Reynolds

Hugh Jackman and his family have taking turns to walk their dogs this week, but the star still knows how to have a little fun at the same time.

The X-Men actor, 51, was seen out with his pups on Friday morning, this time with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness, after previously being spotted on dog walks with both of their children this week.

The sighting came one day after Jackman took to Instagram with a fun selfie, in which he was seen wearing an all-black ensemble that features the logo for Aviation Gin, Ryan Reynolds’ liquor company.

Business as usual: On Friday, Hugh Jackman was again seen out in the West Village, this time with his wife of 24 years Deborra-Lee Furness as the couple walked their dogs

In the gag shot, most likely taken by his daughter Ava with whom he was seen that day, Jackman has his hands up and expresses a look of panic under his face mask, making as if he is trying to avoid getting photographed while walking his dog.

‘Busted,’ Hugh wrote in the caption next to the staged ‘paparazzi’ shot. ‘I thought it best to share this before the paparazzi do. (In my defense … it’s all that’s clean.)’

It was another jokey jab in the long-running, good-natured feud between Jackman and Reynolds, who are both famous for playing characters that inhabit the extended X-Men universe (Jackman for Wolverine, and Reynolds for Deadpool).

Reynolds, 43, commented with a simple slogan in support of his brand, writing, ‘You can’t spell drinking without, “drink gin”‘ along with a martini emoji.

The pair both sported surgical face masks while out walking their two dogs, in keeping with the official recommendation to keep the face covered as extra precaution against the novel coronavirus.

And although it was a sunny but slightly chilled Friday morning in the city, the sidewalk where the happily married couple strolled was practically empty.

It was the third day in a row the Oscar-nominated Les Miserables actor was spotted walking the family pooches.

On Wednesday, he was seen with his son Oscar Maximilian, 19, and the following day was when the actor was spied with his daughter Ava Eliot, 14, whilst wearing his Aviation garb.
