Hungry red kites are terrorising Oxfordshire town by attacking people and snatching their food

Frankie Bird, 2, was left with scratches to his hand after a red kite snatched a custard cream from his hand while Anne Howell was attacked while eating in her garden in Henley-on-Thames.
