Rachael Finch invited The Morning Show into her family home on Tuesday.
The fitness guru appeared live on the Channel Seven program with husband Michael Miziner and son Dominic to discuss her Instagram home workouts and fitness app.
Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, Rachael, 31, has been inspiring fans with virtual training sessions, filmed inside their $1.65million Waterloo penthouse.

Rachael and Michael snapped up the three bedroom pad off the plan in 2014.
The 10th floor property features glass walls, tiled floors, panoramic views of Sydney and has proven to be the perfect backdrop for her Instagram workouts.
Last week, the mum-of-two even shared a workout filmed in their huge garage.
As well as her training videos, Rachael has been documenting her self-isolation at home with Michael and their two children, Violet, six, and Dominic, three.

After first moving into the sun-drenched penthouse, Rachael said it was the sleek interior design and the building’s ‘eco friendly’ nature that sold it for them.
The star added that the family are also close to the ‘cafe culture and parks’.

During Tuesday’s The Morning Show, Rachael discussed her Body By Finch app.
She said: ‘It’s an online health program. It provides everything: meal plans, home workouts, meditation, access to experts and a six-week challenge.
‘I understand that in the current circumstances it’s very challenging… a lot of people have lost their jobs and taken pay cuts, so we wanted to do something to give back. What we’ve offered is our program for $15 for the entire year.’
