January Jones takes up tap dancing in quarantine after watching Annie and proclaims ‘I’m a natural!’
There are plenty of memes about quarantine being the perfect time to master a new skill.
And turns out January Jones has done just that, becoming an expert tap dancer.
The actress took to Instagram to show off her newly discovered skills, which she said were inspired by the 1982 musical movie Annie.
The Mad Men star, 42, trained the camera on herself for a dreamy selfie video with blurred sides, which began with her bent toward the camera speaking happily.

‘So our household has been blessed with some good news, and I just wanted to share it with you!’ the mother-of-one began, wearing a pretty cream-colored blouse open at the chest, along with a golden charm necklace.
The X-Men: First Class actress went on to explain that she ‘made a purchase’ after watching the Anne film ‘to try to do something that I’ve never done before – to learn something new.
‘It turns out, I’m a friggin’ natural!’ she announced happily
And then, with a saucy ‘tap that a**,’ the famous blonde backed away from the camera to reveal said purchase – a pair of tap shoes on her feet – as she tapped the floor with increasing passion and intensity.

Jones went from one foot to the other, taking her best stab at the theatrical dance form made famous by legends like Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers and Gregory Hines.
Eventually, as January flailed her arms and legs all at once in a Fosse-esque move, one of her dogs ambles over to see what the ruckus is.
The actress and model then danced her way back over to the camera at the end of the clip, with a slight flourish to signal the end of her routine.

Thursday’s irreverent post is not the first time Jones has displayed her moves from quarantine –– earlier this week, she again used the blurry sides filter to show her workout routine, which consisted of hula-hooping outside in her yard.
And last month, January partook in a weird dance while wearing a strange glowing orange mask, as she took sips from a Coors Light can through a straw.
The mask itself lead to several of her followers asking about it in the comments, where it was revealed that the mask is made by Deesse Pro, and it’s a ‘light therapy mask.’
