Jessica Alba and her daughter Haven cover up with masks for a brisk walk around the neighborhood

Jessica Alba isn’t letting her self-quarantine at home keep her from staying in shape.

The 38-year-old actress stepped out on Sunday for a refreshing stroll around her neighborhood in Beverly Hills with her daughter Haven, eight.

Both covered their faces with masks to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

The 5ft7in beauty paired it with matching leggings that showcased her toned legs, and she capped the look off with white trainers.

To get in some extra exercise, she wore a set of weights around her ankles.

Haven had on a plain white T-shirt with black leggings and black Adidas trainers, and she wore a decorated pink mask, while her mother wore a more heavy-duty black model.

Jessica has been spending her quarantine time at home with Haven, as well as with her husband Cash Warren, 41, their older daughter Honor, 11, and her toddler son Hayes, two.

Part of the way she’s stayed sane throughout the lockdown has been to focus on self-care and her cosmetics routines.

Later on Monday, she posted stills from a video chat with her esthetician friend Shani Darden.

‘Had so much fun going live yesterday with my day 1️⃣ @shaniharden. This week we discussed all things teen skincare with our girls Honorcita and Phoenix (they really DO grow up so fast!),’ she wrote in the caption, adding the hashtags, ‘#stayhome,’ ‘#staysafe’ and ‘#stayhealthy.’
