Jessica Gomes visits her model mate Gemma Ward in Byron Bay

Model Jessica Gomes recently completed her two-week hotel quarantine in Sydney after returning to Australia from Los Angeles.

And on Monday, Jessica caught up with her long-time pal Gemma Ward.

The 35-year-old was seen visiting mother-of-three Gemma, 33, who originally hails from Perth, in her adopted hometown of Byron Bay.

The pair cut casual figures as they enjoyed a leisurely stroll around the coastal town swarming with celebrities.

Jessica wore a white singlet and black trousers, as she placed her brunette locks up into a high bun.

She accessorised with designer shades and a colourful, boho beaded necklace. 

Meanwhile, Gemma wore a pair of navy shorts and a pink polkadot blouse as she pushed a pram with her seven-month-old daughter inside.

Gemma was later seen balancing little Kirra on her hip as the pair continued to walk around town.

Kirra is the latest addition to Gemma’s family, as she also shares Naia, seven, and Jet, three, with partner David Letts.

‘Finally home with my honeys. HAPPY!’ Jessica captioned a beach selfie with Gemma and her two daughters last week.

Jessica, who has been living in LA for the past eight years, arrived in Sydney last month.

In an interview with Vogue Australia in October last year, Jessica revealed she had developed a newfound appreciation for her hometown of Perth. 

It’s unclear if Jessica was waiting for border restrictions to ease before eventually travelling onward to Perth after her stint in New South Wales. 

Western Australia announced that from Monday, January 18, travel from Victoria is permitted, subject to 14 days of self-quarantine and COVID-19 testing.
