Joe Wicks’ model wife Rosie returned to assist him with his P.E. class on Tuesday morning – and viewers were delighted.
The Body Coach initially underwent minor surgery for his injured hand in late March after falling from his bike, just days after launching his hugely popular exercise lessons, but was forced to go back to hospital at the weekend after experiencing agonising pain.
But it seems people at home didn’t mind that Joe was sitting it out – with one Rosie admirer writing: ‘It’s time for Joe Wicks, and Rosie Wicks will be joining him for a second time. The morning is looking bright!’

Introducing his daily P.E. class, Joe told viewers: ‘We’ve got an amazing workout planned today. It’s Mr and Mrs Wicks – we’re doing spin the Wheel of Fortune!
‘Thanks for all your lovely comments yesterday, it’s so nice to support Rosie and read all your messages.’
Jumping into shot, the duo prepared to kick things up a notch with another home workout led by the former glamour model. Rosie lamented: ‘I’m sore! I think it’s all the press ups!’
The brunette was clad in a bright yellow sports bra and black leggings, while Joe once again looked dapper in a suit.

Joe revealed his hand was healing, saying, ‘Overnight, I’ve been starting to feel a bit better. Hopefully I’ll be fine by tomorrow!’
As Rosie powered through the moves (a little out of breath), she answered questions for an animal-themed quiz she had penned to entertain the children watching at home.
Following the sweaty session, Rosie sweetly told viewers ‘thank you so much for accepting me’.

Kicking things off, Joe admitted the class was busier than usual, with the video receiving an incredible 207,749 live streams before Rosie had even made her first appearance, a figure that eventually rose to 350,000.
‘It’s going to be the biggest one!’ He announced after telling fans his doctor had given him strict instructions to avoid physical exercise while his wrist healed.
‘On Friday I went to the hospital and I was in so much pain I spent the weekend on hospital,’ he added.
‘I was on morphine on Saturday and I texted my wife and said I don’t think I can do this workout. I was really upset and she said “I’ll help you.”‘
Assistance: Joe also had good company on Monday morning when Rosie first stepped in to help the injured fitness guru with his daily exercise sessions.

Sporting a two-piece suit and dress shoes, the personal trainer – whose wrist remained in a sling – proceeded to supervise his wife through his usual blend of intense, high-energy exercise routines.
With squats, burpees, sit-ups and mountain climbers forming the bulk of Monday’s workout, Rosie admitted she was working up quite a sweat while following his guidelines.
Injecting an element of fun into the session, Joe included his regular geography based game of general knowledge for the benefit of fans.

Joe recently evealed he has raised £200,000 for the National Health Service through his daily workouts, and aimed to double that figure before lockdown came to an end.
He also admitted this week’s workouts would not have gone ahead were it not for his wife’s help.
Speaking shortly before his live workout on Monday’s edition of Lorraine, he explained: ‘I broke my wrist, so I spent the weekend in hospital with morphine an codeine. I said I needed help from Rosie and so she’s here.’
Reflecting on her decision to help Joe while he recovers from his injury, Rosie insisted he would still be playing an active part in the online class.
She said: ‘I want to make it clear I’m not taking his place, I’m demonstrating exercises. He’s going to be taking the class and I’m just doing whatever he tells me to do.’

Joe also admitted fans were in for a treat with their latest session, but insisted his own involvement would be restricted.
‘Today’s workout is going to be fun,’ he said. ‘This is a proper open one because I can’t do anything, the doctors won’t let me.’
