Kate Ferdinand looks worlds away from throwback snaps she shared to Instagram on Saturday as she marked her friend Nadia’s 30th birthday. 

The former TOWIE star, 29, showed off her washboard stomach in a black crop top and trousers as she posed next to her friend of 19 years from what appeared to be a bar. 

She was seen rocking blonde tresses and full coverage make-up as her friend looked equally glamorous in high-waist trousers and a black top, complete with a sheer panel of fabric. 

‘We used to love this picture [laughing emoji],’ penned Kate alongside the throwback photo. ‘Love you so very much my darling.’ 

She also shared a montage of old snaps with Nadia as she reminisced over their long-standing friendship. 

Kate wrote: ’19 years of memories… & many more to come,’ alongside a heart emoji. 

The star has eased off her fun-filled nights out after welcoming her son Cree in December with her football pundit husband Rio Ferdinand, 42. 

But she also revealed earlier this month that she ‘didn’t miss’ her first child while on her first night out since becoming a mother.

The former TOWIE star explained that the evening with her pals in April was ‘fabulous’ and she ‘felt like herself again’ in a new interview with The Mirror.

And although having a ‘lovely time’, Kate added that she only had a ‘couple of drinks’ as she’s ‘scared’ of hangovers now she has to think of a ‘middle of the night wake-up’. 

Reflecting on her fun night, Kate told the publication: ‘It was fabulous, I don’t know if I’m meant to say that.

‘I’ve seen lots of people who have been like, “Oh my God, you must have missed the baby so much.” I was like, “No. I had a lovely time, it was really, really good.”‘

Kate continued that she decided to only have a ‘couple’ of drinks because she was ‘scared’ to have too many and face the consequences of a hangover.

The doting new mum said: ‘You’ve got to think of the middle of the night wake-up, it’s just not worth it to be honest.’

Kate also reflected on how she’s found the past year and having a baby during the pandemic.

She sweetly admitted that Cree’s arrival has been a ‘blessing’ and made lockdown extra special for the family as they’ve all got to spend lots of time with him.

Kate shared snaps from her first night out since having Cree in April as she looked sensational in a khaki suit.

Posting on social media, she wrote: ‘First night out in what feels like forever so of course that warrants a photo shoot right? … in fact the last time I went out and had a drink was March 2020.  Wish me luck … #kateloves.’  

In addition to raising her tiny tot, Kate is a step-mother to Rio’s children Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, 10, from his previous relationship with the late Rebecca Ellison.
