Kendall and Kylie Jenner were among the star-studded arrivals at the exclusive address, where celebrity guests partied into the night despite repeated warnings from Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti regarding house parties across the city.
Garcetti had previously vowed to cut off utilities a Hollywood Hills home after it hosted several house parties ‘in violation of public health orders’ as California continues reel from the impact of COVID-19.
