And during her portion of the eight-hour star-studded concert, the 33-year-old singer-songwriter sat behind a piano as she performed an acoustic rendition of her song Rainbow.
Moments later, Kesha returned with a guitarist by her side to treat viewers to a performance of her 2017 power ballad Praying.

Her newly signature brown tresses rocked their natural waves as she whipped them about while passionately singing her way through each original song.
Kesha rocked a glittery bronze eye shadow shade across her lids, but kept the majority of her face free of visible makeup.
For the first segment of her set, the Tik Tok singer performed from her living room as a fireplace blazed in the background.
In typical Kesha style, she let her fingers work their magic across her whimsical piano’s ivory keys.

As she sang the song’s poignant lyrics, images of children holding handmade rainbow paintings flashed across the screen.
In the second part of her performance, Kesha remained socially-distanced from her guitar player as she belted Praying’s difficult arrangement of notes.
Fans went wild in the stream’s comment section when the We R Who We R singer hit the song’s iconic high note with perfect pitch.
Upon praying’s conclusion, an noticeably emotional Kesha kept her head tilted to the sky, while letting out a deep breath.
She then tossed her head forward and let her brunette locks fall over her face.

Kesha’s performance on Saturday comes as part of the Global Citizen concert curated by pop powerhouse Lady Gaga.
The eight-hour TV special will see performances and appearances from stars including; Elton John, Jennifer Lopez, David and Victoria Beckham, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Alicia Keys, Ellen DeGeneres, Pharrell Williams, Eddie Vedder, Kerry Washington, Coldplay´s Chris Martin, Celine Dion, Lizzo, J Balvin and Andrea Bocelli during the final two hours.
Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel will host the TV special.
