Khloé Kardashian is officially moving out of her longtime Calabasas mansion, which she sold earlier this month for $15.5 million.
While the 36-year-old reality star made more than double the $7.2 million she paid Justin Bieber for the property six years ago, the 9,300-square-foot property became the backdrop of many of her ‘best memories’ over the years.
As she documented her move out on Saturday, the Good American founder gave her 122 million Instagram followers a close-up of her luxurious home and backyard.

‘I’ll miss you! Thank you for the memories house,’ she captioned one recording, in which she sounds stunned to see ‘nothing’ left in her living room.
Continuing her virtual farewell to the property, Kardashian stepped into her two-year-old True’s nursery, which she showed fans was ’empty.’
Then, she filmed a close-up of the pink butterfly patterned wall paper in the tot’s closet, which she described as ‘sweet.’
‘It’s empty, we are out of here. And the new owners get a beautiful, blessed home. This home is so special and magical,’ the Revenge Body host noted.

She added: ‘I have the best memories in this beautiful beautiful home. And I’m so happy to pass it on.’
Before showing off her backyard, she walked around and looked out one of her floor-to-ceiling windows, which overlooked Malibu Canyon.
‘More memories to be made. More houses to love, but this view is Heaven on Earth,’ the bombshell reflected.

Once in her backyard, which was a fixture on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloé opened up about her passion for gardening and how she worked ‘really really hard on the home’s landscaping.’
‘Oh my goodness, just breathtaking, all the landscaping and love I put into this backyard,’ she said in another video. ‘I can’t wait to recreate at another home.’
She joked: ‘I’m probably such a loser with how much I love gardening landscaping, but it’s just magic. I love flowers, they make you happy!’

The new owner of her former house is cosmetics entrepreneur and lifestyle guru Dhar Mann, who welcomed his first child with partner Laura Avila earlier this year.
Mann, 36, took to social media on Monday to announce the purchase and shared photos of him posing with his wife and daughter in the sprawling 1.3-acre grounds of the estate.
‘What better way to celebrate the birthday of my life partner @laurag_143 than to also celebrate us buying our new home!!! the 36-year-old gushed in his caption.

‘When Laura met me I was sharing a 350 square foot studio apartment with a roommate and sleeping on a couch. To be able to buy the house of our dreams today a few years later is a feeling I cannot even begin to describe,’ he wrote.
‘Thank you God for bringing the love of my life into the world on this day and for always blessing my little family with more than we deserve!!! We’re so so grateful for the life you have given us and will never take it for granted.’
Mann founded the LiveGlam beauty subscription company which sends monthly boxes of makeup products for $19.99 a month. He also has a YouTube channel with more than 3.2 million subscribers.

The huge property, located in the exclusive gated community The Oaks, was put on the market for $18,950,000 in May this year.
The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house is the first place that Khloé bought after ending her turbulent marriage to Lamar Odom in late 2013 and moving out of the home they shared.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Khloé has been self-isolating at the home with her two-year-old daughter True and on-off boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
