The dancer, 43, stepped out with the rugby ace, 42, and their brood and added a caption on a series of snaps reading: ‘Lovely walk in the woods with the family. All of us needed to get out of the house away from the gadgets, especially the kids’.

The family wrapped up warm against the chill as they walked in the picturesque backdrop while Milena sat on Ben’s shoulders and they joined their dog.
Kristina and Ben caused stirs when their relationship was revealed as they were accused to be the outcome of ‘the Strictly Curse’, due to his marital status to the twins’ mother Abby Cohen, who has since found love.
Abby was left distraught after Ben ended their 11-year marriage but it was revealed last year that she’s finally found happiness again with new love David, who she described alongside the romantic image of them as her ‘perfect man.’

Abby, who lives in Northampton, met David in her local gym but the pair chose to keep their relationship private for some time.
After eventually going public this week, Abby chose to like one comment on her post, which read: ‘I believe you have upgraded.’
Another message she liked exclaimed: ‘Definite upgrade. So pleased for you,’ followed by a smiling emoji face and love heart.
Abby lives in a stunning country home in Northamptonshire with her two children while Ben has settled down to his new life in a village barely 30 minutes away.

Abby has been vocal about the betrayal she went through with Ben.
Having split from him in 2014, she told The Sun On Sunday a year later: ‘My husband, who I was with for 23 years, unconditionally loved and was completely loyal to in every respect, has left me for a f**king Russian dancer.
When Ben split from Abby, he and Kristina denied that they had had an affair, despite being pictured with their arms around one another on the London Underground.
During the summer of 2015 they went to Turkey together but tried to hide this – even taking separate flights to the Turkish resort of Antalya.
