Last month, Lance Bass and his husband Michael Turchin revealed their surrogate miscarried at eight weeks after their ninth IVF attempt to start a family.

The pair, who will attempt a 10th round, covered their faces with black masks, as they emerged for the first time since losing their baby boy.

While staying close to Turchin, 33, the NSYNC alum hid his expression under tinted blue aviators and sported an aqua t-shirt with navy trousers.

His spouse donned blue shorts, a graphic black long sleeve and sneakers, as they picked up some essentials.

After chatting with SWITCH Boutique Owners Julia and Jennifer Cohen in Bel-Air, the couple went grocery shopping at Jayde’s Market wearing protective gear.

Their outing comes amid the coronavirus pandemic and their decision to try in vitro fertilization one more time, before considering adoption.

‘Nine did not work, so now we’re onto 10 and hopefully the next time will work. I’m trying not to worry about it. Of course, in a perfect world I would love to have my own,’ said Lance, revealing he and Micheal have a 10th egg donor lined up.

‘But if it’s not meant in the cards, then it’s not meant in the cards and there are plenty of kids who need adopting. So, I’m not opposed to going right ahead and adopting if this fails next time.’
