Lauren Goodger put her free time to good use on Sunday morning as she ventured out for a jog close to her Essex home.
The voluptuous TV personality is sticking to social distancing measures by remaining behind closed doors as the UK enters a seventh week of lockdown in the fight against coronavirus COVID-19.
But she took full advantage of her allotted hour-long exercise allowance by sporting a vibrant lilac co-ord as she prepared for an outdoor cardio session.

With a plunging knotted top exposing her cleavage and gym-leggings drawing attention to her curvy physique, Lauren inevitably caught the eye as she made her way onto the street.
The former TOWIE star added to her look with black running shoes, while a pair of Aviator sunglasses remained perched on her head.
Despite stepping out for a run Lauren appeared to be distracted by her phone, and she idled on the path checking messages before setting off.

The appearance comes shortly after she she rushed to Kylie Jenner’s defence after the reality star was caught out for a Photoshop fail on a bikini snap.
Lauren took to Instagram to share a screenshot of MailOnline’s story of Kylie, 22, deleting her edited photo after fans noticed she had altered the shape of her lower leg.
Admitting she too uses Photoshop, Lauren captioned the post: ‘Loool don’t we all? Doesn’t mean she’s fat or ugly. It’s Instagram!!’

It’s been a tough time for Lauren, who was forced to shut her beauty salon Lauren’s Way as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
Breaking the news with Instagram followers in March, she revealed: ‘We will be closed until further notice.’
She added: ‘But I am still on the Instagram for bookings and planning more beautiful faces for when this COVID-19 passes stay safe.’
