She also posted a picture of her nan, sending lots of Mother’s Day wishes to her and thanking her for ‘guiding’ her through life.

The Tomlinson siblings -Louis, Lottie, Daisy and Phoebe, Ernest and Doris – lost their mum in 2016 and a sister, Felicite, in 2019 who died of an accidental overdose.

Speaking after the losses, Lottie broke down in tears as she remembered her loved ones for Sue Ryder’s #JustSaySomething bereavement campaign.

She admitted that one of the hardest parts was people not bringing them up for fear of upsetting her in the months after their deaths.

She said: ‘That’s even harder because you’ve lost that person and they fading away because people aren’t talking about them.’

Lottie said she battled anxiety after her mother’s death and encouraged others to speak openly about their grief.

She said: ‘You need to keep talking about it or you get so lost in your feelings and that can send you into quite a dark place. I definitely developed some anxiety after losing mum.

‘I always try to be as strong as I can all the time but that’s sometimes to a fault because I am always trying to put on a brave face.’
