Louise’s active-wear featured white, pink and burgundy panels, while it also had semi-sheer detailing along the calf.

The brunette beauty wore her locks in a loose, tousled style that fell over her shoulders, and she wore a light palette of make-up for the occasion.

Referring to how her bump was only noticeable in the side-on snaps, she wrote in the caption: ‘Nope. Nope. Oh hi. angles are the ultimate optical illusion.’

Louise also took to her Instagram stories to discuss her pregnancy with fans, detailing what she has been craving and how she has had blemish-free skin but has been having hair loss.

She explained that she’s ‘really gone off’ vegetables, bland soft foods and salmon, but has been wanting items like chocolate milk, al dente pasta, and marmite and crumpets.

Sharing a video to detail her hair loss, Louise told fans: ‘So my hair on the other hand, contrary to what everybody else seems to be saying about it going luscious and thick and shiny, it is definitely falling out.

‘Everybody says it definitely isn’t falling out… things we worry about irrationally and also things we’re self-conscious about, this has actually been a problem area of mine for years.

‘I’m not worried about it, not overly worried, but it’s definitely receding… I usually measure my hairline by my mole and it seems to have gone back by about a centimetre.’

On Tuesday, Louise penned a heartfelt announcement where she revealed she had reached the 12 week mark of her pregnancy.

She told her followers that the journey so far has been ‘challenging’, after previously suffering a miscarriage earlier this year.

Louise opened up about how she has been feeling since discovering she was pregnant again, as she admitted she feared history would repeat itself.

Alongside the candid passage, Louise shared pictures of herself and Ryan holding a baby scan and a pair of tiny white trainers.

Beside the tearful snaps, the fitness guru, wrote: ‘Counting our blessings. I thought I’d have all sorts of creative ways to deliver this information but the truth is the last 12 weeks have been quite challenging.

‘Unlike last time, Ryan and I haven’t documented our journey at all. I’ve hardly taken any pictures or videos for fear that something might happen. I’ve also felt like A**.

‘I never knew that fatigue or ‘flatness’ like this existed in pregnancy. There are 0 before and after snaps, no week to week transformations or fun reveal videos with friends and family leading a trail of buns to an oven, instead there is a drawer filled with 10000000x billion gazillion pregnancy tests (shameless and expensive) and some sensitive conversations where we try not to get too excited.

‘I’d be lying if I said it’s been an easy ride but the truth is I think poor Ryan has found it even harder than I have.

‘I’m definitely lucky to have such a sensitive partner and I feel safe in the knowledge that you are going to be the best dad in the world.

‘Now we’ve reached this hopeful milestone. I am really pleased to be able to share our lovely news with you all.

‘I want to try to relax a smidge and to be able to enjoy the journey as I’m informed it will be over in a flash.

‘The truth is I might have waited a little longer to share but I don’t think I could have hidden the news for much longer because there is absolutely ZERO room left in this 5ft short torso for a growing bump except to push MASSIVELY outwards which means it’s becoming very hard to hide… I’ve already received a few comments.

‘I already resemble a wide load vehicle (Ryan’s words not mine and incidentally exactly the kind of humour I need to get me through the next 6 months).

‘Now that it’s out in the open I’d love to be able to ask for your advice when I need it as there are so many things happening to my body that NO ONE TALKS ABOUT.

‘Hormones are a thing of absolute madness and pregnancy coupled with ulcerative colitis has been a major killjoy and particularly anxiety inducing.

‘Who’s experienced it? I’ve always been a firm believer that women are superhuman for what they put up with and now I have even more reason to stand by that. L&R ❤️’

Underneath the caption of her post, Louise added a further comment and assured fans she didn’t want to appear ‘negative’ and also wanted to remain ‘sensitive’ to those still on their fertility journey.

She said: ‘Despite feeling a bit all over the place mentally and physically, I don’t want to come across as negative, I feel an immense sense of gratitude for this gift and I want to remain sensitive to those that are still on their fertility journey.’

Ryan also posted his own announcement on his Instagram page, which included similar images to the ones included on Louise’s post.

Devastating news: Louise revealed she suffered a ‘devastating’ miscarriage earlier this year in a heartbreaking Instagram post in March

In March, Louise revealed she suffered a ‘devastating’ miscarriage earlier this year in a  heartbreaking Instagram post.

She posted a picture to her social media showing a tiny baby bump along with another snap of her positive pregnancy test.

Louise explained that she and her fiancé Ryan had lost their baby shortly after finding out that they were expecting their first child.

The TV personality explained how she ‘had no idea it was possible to love someone that I’d never met quite so much’ and said fertility can be a ‘rough and overwhelming ride’.

Louise said her ‘whole world changed’ the moment she saw the positive pregnancy test and she started to build an ’emotional connection’ to her baby – but she now recognises it ‘wasn’t meant to be’.

She wrote: ‘I wanted to share my story because it might help someone, but for the first time in my life, I’m actually a bit lost for words.

‘Maybe it’s because I feel like I have SO much to say and I don’t want to waste this opportunity or because I’m not sure I’ve 100% processed it yet, but either way, there will be no ‘perfect’ time, so here goes, I’ll try my best.

‘I’ve always been taught that a problem shared is a problem halved, and I pass that mantra on to others, always encouraging people to talk, talk, talk, so it’s time to practice what I preach.’

She continued: ‘It might seem like everywhere you look on Instagram people are loved up, happy as can be, getting engaged, buying their first house, having intimate weddings, getting their dream job, announcing pregnancies, and other momentous occasions!

‘I know my page is bombarded with those things right now, the algorithm is hitting me HARD, and it can be tough to see.

‘For some people, the last 12 months have offered some really exciting prospects and I’m genuinely happy for all those people (because there is no scarcity of good things in this world – there is plenty to go around) and it’s VERY important to be happy for people.

‘I’ve also had some fantastic opportunities over the past year for which I am Vvv grateful.

‘But whilst all those incredible things are happening for people there is also a great deal of S**T going on behind closed doors – A side that you might not see.

‘I’ve always chosen to be transparent on this platform because I know how much I appreciate authenticity in other people.

‘And I think it’s SUPER important that we talk about our struggles as well as our wins so that people don’t think that everyone around them (especially those on social media) live in LaLa fantasy land, where only good things happen.’

Louise continued: ‘Another reason that I want to open up about what happened earlier this year.

‘I don’t know why I feel the need to keep justifying this post, I definitely don’t, I think I’m a bit scared because it’s so raw and slightly out of my comfort zone.

‘I guess it’s also because there is no easy way to say it, nor any way to sugar coat it, but earlier this year we lost our baby and it was HARD.’

Louise said her ‘whole world changed’ the moment she saw the positive pregnancy test and she started to build an ’emotional connection’ to her baby.

She wrote: ‘In all honesty, I had no idea that it was possible to love someone that I’d never met quite SO MUCH.

‘From the moment I saw the lines on the pregnancy test I started to build an emotional connection and my whole world changed, and for that to be taken away was devastating.

‘One of my lovely clients actually sent me a quote from Winnie The Pooh that read ‘sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart’, and I think she hit the nail on the head.

‘This whole business of fertility can be a ROUGH and OVERWHELMING RIDE – if you know, you know, but you are NOT and WILL NEVER BE alone.⁣’

She continued: ‘Having opened up to a few friends I realised that there are quite a few others who have gone through something similar.

‘I found it very comforting to talk to them about their experiences of loss and grief, and I also found it incredibly comforting to learn that there isn’t really much you can do to prevent it from happening.

‘I don’t feel any guilt or blame for what happened to me. It just wasn’t meant to be, and hopefully, it will create space for something beautiful in the future.⁣’

Louise signed off by sharing resources for others going through baby loss to help her fans going through similar situations.

She added: ‘I know I’m rambling tonight, so I will share some more useful bits tomorrow, but for now if you guys have any good resources that you want to share for others then please pop them in the comments below.⁣

‘I’ve seen that the @miscarriageassociation are holding pregnancy loss support groups over zoom for those that want to talk/be heard.⁣ And ⁣@Tommys is a great charity funding research into the prevention of baby loss.’

Louise has been dating personal trainer Ryan since 2016, with the pair announcing their engagement in August 2018.

The couple appeared on the reality series Made in Chelsea together before leaving the show to pursue other opportunities.
