Lucy Fallon has ‘grown closer’ to Joe Weller following her ‘split’ from boyfriend Tom Leech

Lucy Fallon has reportedly ‘clicked’ with her Don’t Rock The Boat co-star Joe Weller following her alleged split from boyfriend Tom Leech.

The former Coronation Street star, 24, is said to now be single after calling things off with beau Tom, 29, following three years together, after lockdown was said to have ‘drove them apart.’

And it appears that a potential romance could be on the horizon again as it’s claimed that there’s a ‘spark’ between her and YouTube star Joe, 24, amid fans’ speculation that he fancies her.

Moving on? Lucy Fallon has reportedly ‘clicked’ with Don’t Rock The Boat co-star Joe Weller following her alleged split from boyfriend Tom Leech (pictured together in February)

However, it’s also reported that her closeness with Joe has caused a rift among her and Tom’s friends, with some claiming it’s ‘a pretty bad look.’

The actress and Joe are among 12 celebrities taking part in the upcoming ITV show, which will seriously test their ‘sea legs’ as they attempt to row the length of Britain.

And according to The Sun, the two have been getting along swimmingly during downtime from filming.

A source told the publication: ‘Lucy and Joe clicked from day one of filming on Don’t Rock The Boat. It’s a tight-knit group but Lucy and Joe had a spark, everyone noticed it.’

They continued: ‘They’ve been hanging out together during free-time from filming and have shared pictures of each other on their Instagram stories.

‘Not everyone has been impressed though. Lucy’s had a few messages from people about her friendship with Joe.’

The insider went on to add Lucy is ‘adamant’ that she and Joe are ‘just pals’, but friends who knew her and Tom as a couple reckon the new friendship is a ‘pretty bad look’.

They added that Lucy’s friends have ‘urged’ her to speak things through with Tom as he’s found the split ‘really hard’.

The source concluded that the soap star feels ‘torn’ as she has ‘not done anything wrong’ and obviously doesn’t want Tom’s feelings to be hurt.

MailOnline has contacted representatives of Lucy and Joe for comment.

Meanwhile, Joe recently added fuel to the fire as he admitted there’s ‘someone’ he has the hots for on the show after they filmed new TV programme Don’t Rock The Boat.

Ahead of his debut on the new TV series, Joe discussed his experiences in his latest YouTube podcast, Wafflin’, where he admitted he fancies someone on the show.

After receiving an email from an anonymous female seeking advice after admitting that she had grown close to a guy while filming the series, Joe dropped the bombshell that there was someone he liked.

He said: ‘There is someone that I fancy, from the group, that I’m doing this TV show with. We’re away for three weeks, and you know. We’ll see what happens.’

Though the email made no mention of either Joe or Lucy, fans tuning in were left convinced that the YouTube star ‘fancies’ the soap actress.

Lucy and Tom are said to have called time on their romance after three years together.

A source told The Sun: ‘She and Tom have called it quits and are no longer together. They spent lockdown together but it gave them time to evaluate what they want.

She added: ‘It’s insane how many are up here. They are such buggers. Looks like I’ve got chicken pox but eating the miles.’
