Lucy Hale has been spending lockdown in Los Angeles with her beloved pup Elvis.

The 30-year-old actress looked casual chic in leopard print shorts and a simple black tank top.

Her shorts matched her friends tee in the same print, and featured a paper bag high-waist hem.

She opted for a pair white high-top Converse and large sunglasses in a square gold metal frame.

For some more accessories, she kept with the gold theme, wearing a ring, watch, layered necklaces and small earrings.

Despite local rules requiring face masks in public, she and her friend went without the face coverings while in the park.

It seemed she was joined by her friends small grey dog, who she chased around the grass, and decided to leave Elvis at home.

On Wednesday, Lucy posted a cute video to her Instagram in which does the viral Toddler Challenge with Elvis.

The challenge is designed to teach toddlers patience as they wait for permission from mom or dad before being able to eat a sweet treat.

In Hale’s clip, her Maltipoo is sitting at a table as she sits next to him, opening a bag of dog treats.

‘Elvy is such a good boy! You’re such a good boy!’ she says. ‘Okay, you can have them.’

Hale recently told Elle that she believes she and Elvis, whom she adopted in 2016, knew each other in a previous life.

‘I totally believe in reincarnation and I know for a fact that I have known Elvis in a life before because we are just entirely too connected,’ she said in the ‘Ask Me Anything’ video for Elle

Lucy is starring as the title character in the CW’s new Riverdale spin-off Katy Keene, which is currently airing its debut season.

The series has opened to rave reviews, earning an impressive 90% on the online review aggregate Rotten Tomatoes.

Katy Keene is about an Archie Comics character of the same name who originated in 1945 as the brainchild of cartoonist Bill Woggon.

The CW ordered a pilot of the upcoming program last January and by May it had picked up the venture to series.

Riverdale developer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has reprised this position for Katy Keene, which premiered February 6 on the CW.
