Lucy Hale parades her incredibly toned arms as she tackles another hot Saturday hiking session

Lucy Hale was again seen decked out in athletic gear on Saturday, heading out for another summer afternoon hiking session in Los Angeles’s Studio City neighborhood.

The Fantasy Island star, 31, flaunted her incredibly toned figure in a camouflage dark muscle shirt that showcased her strong and defined shoulders and arms.

The actress, who stands at 5ft2in, teamed her top with bright orange short shorts, and grey sneakers.

Lucy, born Karen Lucille Hale, also donned a black baseball cap that read ‘Blackhall studios’.

The Memphis, Tennessee-born Pretty Little Liar also sported rounded gold-rimmed sunglasses and she listened to earbuds.

She carried her smartphone as well as a multicolored water bottle in the shape of a grenade.

Hale also donned a black face mask in accordance with worldwide recommendations to cover one’s face to stem the spread of the novel coronavirus, as cases continue to spike throughout California.  

California Governor Gavin Newsom made face masks mandatory for all public outings on June 18th.

Hale, meanwhile, is frequently seen on fitness trainer Adam Nicklas’s Instagram page, sweating to complex calisthenic and weightlifting sets at the gym.

On Friday, she continued to parade her incredibly fit physique in a cheetah print bikini.

While lounging by the pool, she paired the snap on her Instagram Story with Big Wild’s track 6’s to 9’s. 

In the sultry selfie, she pouted at the camera and leaned back. 

Her outing comes after she and The Bachelor hunk Colton Underwood sparked dating rumors, two months after he ended his two-year romance with Cassie Randolph.

Lucy reportedly contacted Colton soon after his split from Cassie, 25, and the pair are reportedly seeing each other regularly.

It was claimed Lucy and the former NFL player have had several ‘casual hike dates’ over the past few weeks and also have mutual friends, according to TMZ.
