Home and Away’s Luke Jacobz unveils heartbreaking tribute to American fiancée Raychel Stuart on their scheduled wedding day… as he confirms he hasn’t seen her for ‘294 days’ due to COVID restrictions
He relocated from Los Angeles to Sydney to reprise his role as Angelo Rosetta on Home and Away after almost a decade away from the long-running soap.
But on Wednesday, heartbroken Luke Jacobz paid tribute to his American fiancée, Raychel Stuart, on the day which was supposed to be their wedding day – but was forced to be postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Luke, 39, penned an emotional tribute to his wife – who resides in the U.S. – on Instagram to mark the occasion, confirming he hadn’t seen the ‘love of his life’ in ‘294 Days’.

‘Right now it’s 11:11am on 11/11/2020. Today, I was supposed to marry the Love of my Life. Unfortunately COVID-19 has forced us to Postpone,’ he wrote, alongside a photo montage of the pair.
‘NOT CANCEL. This year has been incredibly difficult for us because we haven’t seen each other since 22nd January.
‘294 Days or 7,055+hrs, which is 423,400+ minutes since I have held her hand, brushed the hair back over her ear, looked into her eyes, made her coffee, picked her up and hugged her, slapped her butt…’
After listing a string of activities he hadn’t been able to do with Raychel this year, he added: ‘Raychel is the most amazing, kind, funny, thoughtful, caring, selfless, generous, understanding Woman I have ever met in my Life.

‘We have been through some incredible difficult times.. This year has been harder than Thor’s Hammer but we have worked really hard.
‘No matter where we are, on this Earth- I will do my best to be Her Starlord until the end of time.’
He went on to say how much he loves his other half, before adding: ‘I know we haven’t had our amazing wedding just yet. But to me, from today, you are my wife.’
The former X Factor host had previously revealed that the couple had plans to relocate Down Under later this year, however they’ve been postponed.

‘She was actually supposed to be moving over here around now so she obviously hasn’t been able to get over yet or even to come to set and watch,’ he told The Daily Telegraph in August.
‘We were planning that with each production break over the year I would fly over there with an empty suitcase and just pack a T-shirt and start bringing her stuff back and forth,’ he told the publication.
Luke returned to Home and Away in August, almost a decade after leaving the show in June 2011.
