Lydia Bright puts on a colourful display with baby Loretta

She has been documenting all of the ups and downs that come with motherhood. 

And Lydia Bright put on a colourful display in a set of throwback snaps on Monday with her baby Loretta Rose during her daughter’s first trip to the seaside. 

The former TOWIE star, 29, posted a set of snaps on the beach at Frinton-on-Sea and revealed how five-month-old Loretta makes her ‘smile every day’ as a new mother. 

Lydia was pictured holding Loretta while wearing a white t-shirt with ‘smile’ in rainbow letters which she paired with light-wash denim jeans and a gold necklace.  

And the TV star knotted her t-shirt at the waist to show a glimpse of her bronzed torso.  

The mother-of-one wore her blonde hair in natural tousled waves and framed her pretty features with hexagonal Ray-ban shades.  

Meanwhile adorable Loretta was seen in a miniature denim jacket with ‘loved’ written in rainbow letters on the back which Lydia paired with striped grey leggings.  

She also wore a yellow t-shirt adorned with ‘happy’ as she smiled in the seaside snaps. 

The outfit was a gift from friend Stacey Solomon following her collaboration with the kids’ section in Primark earlier this month. 

In another picture, Lydia was seen entertaining Loretta with a colourful windmill.  

Captioning the sweet pictures, Lydia wrote: ‘Our first visit to the seaside. Oh how I cherish making these memories with you Loretta Rose. 

‘You are so happy, so loved and make me smile every day. Thank you to my beautiful friend @staceysolomon for Loretta’s outfit it’s from her new kids collection with @primark. 

She added: ‘I love all the colours, I always call Loretta my little rainbow.’ 

Last week Lydia’s mum Debbie Bright shared pictures of the family’s seaside trip to her Instagram. 

She posted an adorable snap with Lydia and Loretta captioned ‘three generations’ alongside three sunflowers which were a flower theme a Debbie’s wedding to Dave Bright last year. 

In another colourful snap, Debbie posted a picture of herself with Dave, Lydia, Loretta and Rachel Doody captioned: ‘Beach Huts and Cups of tea with my favourite people the simple things in life are priceless.’ 

It comes after The TV personality – who co-parents Loretta with her on-off boyfriend, garage owner Lee Cronin – revealed the details of her birth experience in an Instagram story last month. 

She explained how she got the water birth she’d ‘always dreamed of,’ with no pain relief, The Holiday soundtrack playing in the background and a surprise craving for Pukka pies. 

Lydia said in an Instagram Q&A: ‘I had no pain relief and you’re not any more of a hero if you don’t have pain relief but for me I’m quite an anti-drug person so I try to avoid taking any type of medication if I can.

‘I really wanted to try and stick it out and try and do it the natural way, which I managed to do.’ 

She added: ‘When I was in labour all I wanted was a Pukka pie and chips, so that’s what I had.’
