But Bryce Ruthven, 31, and ‘wife’ Melissa Rawson, 31, demonstrated their unbreakable bond on Saturday by stepping out together in Darwin wearing matching outfits.
The controversial pair were all smiles as they enjoyed a morning stroll through the leafy streets, before making their way to a nearby park.

Proving that the couple who dress together stays together, Melissa and Bryce both wore matching black hats, sunglasses, green tops and black shorts.
They even sported matching black sports watches and and flip-flops.
Melissa added a feminine touch to her ensemble by slinging a Gucci handbag across her torso, while Bryce carried his mobile phone and wallet in one hand.

Interestingly, Melissa chose not to wear her wedding ring for the outing.
The couple were later seen sitting together on a park bench with two identical bottles of water.
The sighting came two days after Melissa and Bryce made an appearance at a local nightclub called Discovery Darwin.

Documenting their fun night out on Instagram, the couple shared a series of videos of themselves kissing and cuddling on the dance floor.
At one stage, the duo bumped into Bachelorette reject Jarrod Woodgate and eagerly posing for pictures with the fellow reality TV star.
Bryce and Melissa’s on-screen relationship attracted hundreds of negative headlines and prompted a Change.org petition calling for Nine to formally apologise earlier this year.

On Monday, Bryce and Melissa announced they are considering taking legal action over their ‘negative portrayals’ on the show.
The pair told New Idea they were left feeling ‘broken’ by their edit, while Melissa confessed to feeling ‘not suicidal, but headed down that path’.
