MAFS’ Jessika Power admits her split with Filip has ‘affected her sleep patterns and mood’

She confirmed her split from rapper Filip Poznanovic in April, just three months after the pair went public.

And on Wednesday, Married At First Sight star Jessika Power admitted her breakup has affected her ‘mood and sleep patterns’.

‘[This] was the first time since my breakup that I slept the entire night. I dreamt and woke up feeling refreshed and happy from a good night’s sleep,’ the 29-year-old wrote on Instagram.

She added: ‘It’s a big change from sleeping next to someone every night to nothing. It’s even crazier how much it can affect your moods and sleeping patterns.’

Jessika announced her split last month in a statement to Daily Mail Australia, revealing she and Filip had mutually decided to part ways.

‘We were really good friends before we dated. It’s just been recent that we decided that we are better as friends,’ she said.  ‘I’m sad, but that’s okay.’

Fil then gave his side of the story to Daily Mail Australia, claiming he was aware that Jessika was friends with several of her exes but ‘didn’t mind it’ and never became jealous during their relationship.

‘We agreed to end it mutually and not be nasty,’ the Gold Coast-based rapper said, adding: ‘Jessika has a good heart and she’s an amazing friend, but as a partner she’s not what I expected her to be.

‘I love her and I’m still in love with her. But I’m not going to let love blind me, because she’s ‘famous’.’

Jessika denied speaking to other men during her relationship with Filip, saying: ‘It’s just the easiest narrative to lay on me because of my portrayal on a TV show.’

The bombshell went public with the rapper, who goes by the hip hop pseudonym Filthy Fil, in January.

Jessika met the hunk through her brother, Rhyce Power, and revealed they’d ‘known each other for a while’ before they started dating.
