‘I felt violated’: Married At First Sight’s Beck Zemek reveals production was SHUT DOWN after Bryce Ruthven kissed her without her consent

Bryce Ruthven left Beck Zemek in tears after he kissed her without her permission during Tuesday’s episode of Married At First Sight.

And on Wednesday, business manager Beck, 27, said she felt ‘violated’ and ‘harassed’ by the incident and claimed production had to be shut down the following day.

She told 2Day FM’s The Morning Crew with Hughesy, Ed and Erin: ‘I felt violated. It was one of those moments you’d bring the contract up and see what your rights are because I didn’t sign up for this.’

‘We shut production down from this the next day. It was mentally mind-draining for me,’ she added.

Beck admitted it was really difficult for her to re-watch the kiss on Tuesday night.

‘It’s harassment. I think you learn to keep your hands to yourself when you’re in your first year of school… It was really hard for me to watch last night,’ she said.

After sarcastically crowning her ‘the queen’ of this year’s season, the radio announcer leant down and kissed her cheek.

The incident happened at a group pizza party during the couples’ retreat, after fellow groom Liam Cooper urged Bryce to apologise for his bad behaviour.

After the unwanted kiss, she screamed: ‘Don’t… F**k! Yuck! That’s disgusting!’

The other participants then reprimanded Bryce for disrespecting Beck’s boundaries.

But Bryce wasn’t remorseful at all, and insisted it was simply ‘a kiss to say sorry’ and accused Beck of shedding ‘fake tears’.
