Married At First Sight’s Seb Guilhaus and Elizabeth Sobinoff haven’t seen each other in a month due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.

And on Wednesday, Seb revealed yet another setback in his relationship with the 29-year-old Instagram influencer.

The ex-footy player, 30, revealed on Instagram that he won’t be able to see Elizabeth for another two and a half weeks.

‘Due to coronavirus, the bad news is I won’t be able to see Liz for another two and a half weeks,’ he said.

Seb is in lockdown in Adelaide while Elizabeth is holed up in Newcastle with family.

Despite living apart, Elizabeth and Seb are in ‘constant contact’ to keep their long-distance relationship alive.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, Elizabeth said she and Seb were calling each other every hour, and sending texts frequently.

‘We are constantly on the phone, he doesn’t get a break from me. We talk every hour. It is a full-on thing,’ she confessed.

‘We need to be in constant contact because I am kind of impatient and he hasn’t been in a relationship for eight years so we need to be in constant contact for us to work.’

Last week, Seb shared a lengthy tribute to Elizabeth on Instagram, posting a photo of himself lying in bed with his kitten, next to a photo from their wedding day.

‘It’s been three and a half weeks since I’ve seen my princess… her spot on the bed looms… lifeless, stale, thick with built up dust and emotions past,’ he wrote.

‘When once we gave huge, juicy, suffocating hugs… we now embrace over the phone with subtle, creepy, yet impactful changes in our tone of voice.

‘You would think that the time and the distance has made Liz and my bond weaker… it really hasn’t… it really has brought us closer.’
