Magdalena Roze has sold her investment property in the leafy suburb of Balmain.
The former Channel 10 weather presenter offloaded the renovated weatherboard home for $1.85million, according to The Daily Telegraph.
The 38-year-old, who has been living in Byron Bay since 2014, first purchased the Sydney property in 2012 for $970,000 and managed it as a short-term rental over the past few years.

It was sold to Greater Western Sydney Giants player Jacob Hopper, 23, who bought the property just one week after it was listed.
Agent Matthew Hayson told the publication that the footy star had been interested in the area for a while.
‘He’s been popping in and out of properties around here for about six months looking for a place,’ Hayson said.
The modern property features a front porch that is hidden behind a well-manicured front garden.
