The newly single reality star, 40, and Latin sensation, 27, looked very chummy when they crossed paths at the opening of The Goodtime Hotel in Miami on Friday, leaving imaginative fans wondering if the pair were more than friends.
But insiders brushed aside any relationship theories, telling Page Six they were simple ‘happy to see each other’ and their conversation was just ‘friendly.’

The duo first met in 2019 at a Dior fashion show during Art Basel weekend in Miami.
While not a couple, Kim and Maluma still looked like quite the pair at the soiree, which was hosted by co-owners Pharrell Williams and David Grutman.
There, the raven-tressed beauty turned heads in a pear-hued Dior dress and gladiator-style stilettos while the Colombian hunk charmed in a bold pin-striped suit worn without a shirt underneath.

Though Kardashian had a pleasant chat with Maluma, she spent most of the evening relaxing in a private cabana with close friends Stephanie Shepherd, Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck.
Other VIP guests included David and Victoria Beckham, their son Brooklyn and fiancée Nicola Peltz, Vanessa Hudgens, Chris Rock, Timbaland, Bad Bunny, Becky G and Future, among others.
Prominent local figures like City Of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez, Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber and Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Cava also attended.
While fans were tickled by the possibility of Maluma and Kim together, the Parce singer previously revealed he has a thing for another member of the star’s famous family.
