Married At First Sight: Dino Hira will host a wellness retreat for divorcees

He was unsuccessfully paired with Melissa Lucarelli on the sixth season of Married At First Sight two years ago.

And Dino Hira is now using his expertise to help people going through divorce.

The meditation coach, 36, announced on Tuesday he was running a ‘Mindful Meditation’ retreat for divorcees, in partnership with legal firm Kalpaxis.

‘A divorce is not the end, it is just the beginning,’ Dino wrote on Instagram.

‘Myself and the Modern Yogi Co are very excited to be running a Mindful Meditation customised for divorcees at this amazing retreat organised by Kalpaxis Legal.’ 

The program is called Detox Your Divorce.

Dino’s announcement described him as being divorced – but it’s unclear if he is actually legally divorced or if this was just a reference to his stint on MAFS. 

Participants on the Australian version of Married At First Sight do not legally wed, and so do not need to seek divorce or annulment once their relationships end.  

Dino’s latest venture comes after he resurfaced on social media last month looking unrecognisable compared to his appearance on Nine’s social experiment in 2019.

In an Instagram post in January, he gave British viewers watching his season for the first time on E4 a glimpse at what he looks like now. 

The former fly-in-fly-out miner is no longer clean shaven and has a scruffy beard. He has also bulked up physically over the past two years. 

He shared a positive affirmation in the caption, which read: ‘Don’t seek, don’t search, don’t ask, don’t knock, don’t demand – relax. If you relax, it comes, if you relax, it is there. If you relax, you start vibrating it.’ 

Dino was paired with highly strung talent agent Melissa Lucarelli on Married At First Sight, but they were a terrible mismatch and called it quits within a few weeks.
