Married At First Sight EXCLUSIVE: Sam Ball looks VERY different a year after his ill-fated marriage to Elizabeth Sobinoff
He became public enemy number one after cheating on Elizabeth Sobinoff during season six of Married At First Sight last year.
But Sam Ball has completely turned his life around since then and is now focused on improving his physique and staying positive.
The the 27-year-old fitness enthusiast looked almost unrecognisable on Tuesday while showing off his gym-honed physique in a photo shared to Instagram.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Sam revealed he was on a mission to beat the ‘isolation blues’ by getting into the best shape of his life.
He described the extreme lengths he was prepared to go to achieve his dream body.
‘I’m training two times a day. I have bought lots, so now I have my own gym set up at home, and other days I improvise outdoors,’ he said.
Sam hasn’t put a time limit on his fitness goals and is instead aiming to become ‘more athletic’.

Sam added: ‘I’ll reach [my goal] it in a few months, it’s just for myself. I love it, so I’m just enjoying the process.’
In recent months, he has also sported a much deeper tan.

Despite the construction industry slowing down, he is still working full time supervising a construction company.
‘I love being healthy and the lifestyle so if anything, the coronavirus is pushing me to chase my goals even harder,’ he added.
Sam also confessed he was in no rush to settle down after his ill-fated appearance on Married At First Sight.
‘I feel like it’s healthy to have a little break’: Sam went on to explain that he took a six-month hiatus from Instagram and the spotlight to focus on his friends, family and self-growth
He said: I definitely want to have a partner one day and a family, but there is no rush. It has to be the right girl that I can protect and give my all too.’
It comes after Sam slammed his ex-‘wife’, Elizabeth Sobinoff, following her return to Nine’s social experiment earlier this year.
‘Good on her if that’s what she wants to do to find love,’ he said during an Instagram Q&A. ‘Everyone that’s been in the experiment [before] knows how set up [it is], and what goes on behind the scenes. I wouldn’t do it again.’
