KC continued: ‘You may think I have a perfect life from what I show [on Instagram] but there are nights where I feel so alone and like I will never meet someone that is going to accept and love me the way I love.

‘All we can do is learn and recognise our flaws, not beat ourselves up and move on trying to make changes and deciding we want a life that is good for our soul.’

‘Sorry that was deep but that’s who I really am and I’m not going to pretend I’m someone I’m not.

Real: KC went on to explain that like everyone else, she has insecurities. 'Even though I get Botox and a little work done it doesn't mean that I have changed or I'm fake. I genuinely love the beauty world and I should never have to feel bad about what I do to my body'

‘I am happy with my looks and feel blessed.’

KC concluded the post by saying she still needs to work on how she approaches relationships.

‘In the past all the nice guys I never give the time of day and the bad boys well let’s just say I see the “good in them” what I’ve realised is I push good people away,’ she said.

‘As life goes on and we get older it’s the good people we should want around. The ones that are ride or die. The ones that show up regardless.’

Growing up: KC concluded the post, saying that she feels that she still needs to work on her inside. 'In the past all the nice guys I never give the time of day and the bad boys well let's just say I see the "good in them" what I've realised is I push good people away'
