Married At First Sight’s Mishel Karen reveals she won’t be buying anyone Christmas presents

Married At First Sight’s Mishel Karen recently showcased her whopping 20 kilogram weight loss.

And now, the 49-year-old reality star has revealed she won’t be handing out Christmas presents this year for a very unexpected reason.

‘I am not doing presents this year for Christmas… if you want something then buy it yourself… my presence should be enough,’ she told her followers.

The single mother-of-two went on to tell her followers that she is also in the works of planning a getaway for the holidays.

‘Did I mention that I am going away this year?’ she wrote alongside the hashtags #sorrynotsorry #nopresents and #nostressshopping.

Her followers quickly inundated her post with comments.  

‘Every time I read something you wrote I hear your voice saying the words,’ one fan wrote.

‘I agree no presents, if you want it buy it yourself & just enjoy the good laughs & bring together!’ added another.

Last month, Mishel revealed she has lost a staggering 20kg since appearing on the Channel Nine dating show earlier this year.  

Speaking about how she achieved her dramatic slim down, Mishel revealed that it all comes down to a healthy diet, regular exercise, and a good night’s sleep.

‘Actually it was easier than you think,’ she said. ‘You want to know the secret? Eat real food, train regularly and get a good night’s sleep.’

Back in June, Mishel told the Courier Mail that her goal was to lose 13kg by her 50th birthday in December.
