Martha and Jason met back in 2015 on a Free People shoot.

But it hasn’t all been easy for Martha, who has openly shared her ongoing battle with scoliosis, a curvature of the spine – a condition she’s had since 14.

By 15, every-day activities such as walking, sleeping and even sneezing gave her chronic pain.
‘Ever since I was around 15 or 16, my scoliosis really started bothering me,’ she told DailyMail.com in December. ‘Walking can be hard, sneezing would send shockwaves through my body.’
The American model has continued to spread awareness about her scoliosis and even teamed up for the This Is Pain campaign.
